We currently do not support returns or refunds. All sales are final. 

Lost Orders
For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 3 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
